| Description | There are three of these signs at the location that recently opened in the Carmel Mountain community in the city of San Diego, California. According to the manager, they are rarely heeded and will be removed soon. They were required due to the energy efficiency requirements under the building code: low flow toilets, skylights, energy efficient lighting, etc, but they are not enforced. Huge, hulking pickups and SUVs frequently park in the spots. By comparison, there is only one space reserved for in-store pickup. |
