Berlin, Berlin-Kreuzberg – Thielenbrücke over Landwehrkanal, build 1915–17

Summary[edit]

Description
Deutsch: Berlin, Berlin-Kreuzberg – Thielenbrücke über den Landwehrkanal, an der Grenze zu Neukölln, zwischen Glogauer Straße und Pannierstraße, erbaut 1915–17 (Bauleitung: Siegmund Loebrocks vom Berliner Magistrat); ersetzte eine seit 1893 dort vorhandene hölzerne Klappbrücke, die auf Initiative von Karl von Thielens erbaut wurde. Am 24. August 1894 erhielt sie ihren heutigen Namen. Ein flacher Korbbogen mit Stützweite von 18,10 Metern. Nach [1] 1954/55 wieder aufgebaut. Eine Instandsetzung der Brücke fand 1985 statt.
