Deutsch: Der Gebäudekomplex "Kaiserhöfe", Unter den Linden 26-30, in Berlin-Mitte, bestehend aus zwei Geschäftshäusern, die unabhängig voneinander zwischen 1912 und 1914 errichtet wurden. Das ehemalige Geschäftshaus der Preußischen Central-Bodenkredit-AG (Nr. 26, rechts) entstand 1910-1914 nach verschiedenen Entwürfen der Architekten Kurt Berndt bzw. Richard Bielenberg und Josef Moser. Das ehemalige Geschäftsgebäude der Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft (Nr. 28-30, links) wurde 1912-1913 von den Architekten Alfred Klingenberg und Fritz Beyer im zeittypischen konservativen Stil des Neoklassizismus errichtet. Beide Gebäudeteile sind als Einzelbaudenkmale gelistet.
English: The building complex "Kaiserhöfe", Unter den Linden No. 26 to 30, in Berlin-Mitte, consisting of two commercial buildings constructed indepentendly between 1910 and 1914. The former bank building of the Preußische Central-Bodenkredit-AG (No. 26, right) was built from 1910 to 1914 to different designs by the architects Kurt Berndt and Richard Bielenberg & Josef Moser respectively. The former commercial building of the Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft (Np. 28-30, left) was built 1912-1913 by architects Alfred Klingenberg and Fritz Beyer in the conservative style of Neoclassicism, which was typical for German representative architecture at that time. Both parts of the building complex have been designated as historic landmarks. |
