Description
Deutsch: Historisches Mietshaus am Robert-Koch-Platz 9, Ecke Hannoversche Straße (rechts), in Berlin-Mitte. Es wurde 1880-1881 von dem Maurermeister P. Garnn in den Formen der italienischen Renaissance erbaut, vermutlich nach eigenem Entwurf. Die Fensterfront der einzelnen Stockwerke ist individuell gestaltet. Der Eckrisalit wird durch einen dreigeschossigen Erker hervorgehoben. Das Gebäude ist zusammen mit dem benachbarten Kaiserin-Friedrich-Haus der einzige erhaltene Teil der historischen Platzbebauung. Das Haus gehört heute zum Campus Charité Mitte Charité und ist Sitz der CFM Facility Management GmbH, der Servicegesellschaft der Charité. Das Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal gelistet.
