Description
Deutsch: Bürogebäude in der Max-Beer-Straße 2&4, Ecke Münzstraße, in Berlin-Mitte, erbaut 1909-1910 als Geschäftshaus vom Architekten Albert Wehe für die Neue Berlinische Baugesellschaft. Die moderne Fassade mit Terranovaputz wird von Pfeilern gegliedert und von Ornamenten und Reliefdarstellungen belebt. Das vierte Obergeschoss ist leicht zurückgesetzt. Hervorgehoben sind die abgerundete Ecke sowie die beiden angrenzenden Erker mit abschließenden Zwerchgiebeln. Die Hoffassaden zeigen weiß glasierte Verblendsteine. Das Haus wurde 1999-2001 für das Meinungsforschungsinstitut Forsa umgebaut, das hier seitdem seinen Hauptsitz hat. Das Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal ausgewiesen.
