Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: Belville House. Like many old houses it was reputed to be haunted. Lady Morris hanged herself from a beam in the attic and her ghost walked until exorcised by a priest. He ordered the spirit into a bottle until corn in an adjacent field was cut, and the priest was never seen again. The story goes that the bottle was built into a wall in the attic of the house. |
