The historic free-standing bell tower is located in front of the Jaro Cathedral[1] in Jaro[2], Iloilo City, Philippines. It has been ravaged by many earthquakes and has been restored several times. The belfry was originally built using bricks and limestone in Neoclassical architecture. The Jaro Belfry has preserved its beauty and is one of the most beautiful views of the city.
Tagalog: Ang Jaro Belfry o ang Kampanaryo ng Jaro (Campanario de Jaro). Ang makasaysayang free-standing bell tower ay matatagpuan sa harap ng Jaro Cathedral sa Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines. Ilang beses na itong sinalanta ng lindol. Ang kampanaryo ay orihinal na itinayo gamit ang mga brick at limestone sa istilong Neoclassical. Ang Jaro Belfry ay napanatili ang kagandahan nito at isa sa mga pinakamagandang tanawin ng lungsod.
