PH Coll 720.6Arthur Churchill Warner studied photography in Minnesota and got a job in 1886 as a staff photographer for the Northern Pacific Railway. He moved to Seattle in the 1880's and worked for John Muir's expedition to Mount Rainier in 1888. He married Edith Randolph and went into partnership with his father-in-law allowing him to travel to Alaska and photograph between 1898-1900. Arthur also worked a number of other jobs, including photographing for Lowman and Hanford, up until his death in 1943.
