| Description |
English: Beach hut, Broadsands beach The beach hut's padlocked door reminds us perhaps of the closure that winter effects on our lives. One day soon, the owner will return to open the door to welcome the change in the season. The contrast between the white and pink of the hut and the blue of the sea in Torbay is dramatic. The perspective leads us from the promise of the beach hut to the calm beauty of the sandstone outcrop and the low hills of Torquay on the other side of Torbay. Only at this early hour in the morning in March can one enjoy this peace and tranquility. |
