Description
English: The Gröstl is a traditional rest meal from earlier times, which the South Tyroleans have preserved. The basis of the pan dish consists of boiled potatoes and mostly onions, in addition to which roasted meat is traditionally served. Photographed in the Buschenschank Innerperskoler Hof in Fiè allo Sciliar.
Deutsch: Das Gröstl ist ein traditionelles Restessen aus früheren Zeiten, das sich die Südtiroler erhalten haben. Die Grundlage des Pfannengerichtes besteht aus gekochten Kartoffeln und meist Zwiebeln, dazu kommt traditionell Bratenfleisch. Fotografiert im Buschenschank Innerperskoler Hof in Völs am Schlern.
