This is an Indonesian - especially Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta - elementary school batik uniform
Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: Batik is Indonesian traditional fabrics pattern or motif. Those uniforms' pattern is a relatively new pattern named Geblek Renteng. The name derived from Kulon Progo's traditional cuisine called Geblek, and 'renteng' means lined up. Those creation means deep identity of Kulon Progo society that proud of the local cuisine. Interestingly, all of governmental institutions used this motif as a mandatory uniform, but in different color each institution.
