Español: Fuerte inacabado del recinto defensivo septentrional de la península de la Almina o del Hacho de Ceuta. La Batería de Santa Catalina es una batería de planta elíptica de la que se conserva el basamento al estar inacabada. Éste se organiza mediante sendos muros perimetrales reforzados por muros perpiaños. Se trata de una obra unitaria en su conjunto. También deberíamos citar los pilares del puente, que aún se conservan sepultados debajo de la montaña del vertedero. Es obra de carácter ofensivo y su objeto es batía toda la parte Norte de este frente marítimo, defendiéndolo en cooperación con las baterías del Obispo San Antonio y Valdeaguas. Actualmente sin artillar.
