Rigidity of a section of rope, drops as the tension drops. So a full load tension can not only trap a cross member but bite into it to hold.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Rigidity of a section of rope, drops as the tension drops. So a full load tension can not only trap a cross member but bite into it to hold. Arcs are the greatest frictions to give the greatest drop of 'Tensioned Rigidity' in that section of rope. So use the greatest rigidity before arcs, to bite down onto/thru the sandwiched/nipped softer rope part after the arcs of friction reduction to the tension/therefore the rigidity, so 1 may lock the other by deforming it with the greater rigidity.
