Català: La catedral de la Santa Creu i Santa Eulàlia de Barcelona. Capella de Sant Pacià i Sant Francesc Xavier. El retaule de Sant Pacià, de gran qualitat, dedicat al que va ser bisbe d'aquesta seu és barroc de l'any 1688 realitzat per Joan Roig (pare). Al retaule hi ha escenes de la vida de Pacià plafons als latera, i medallons amb la vida de Jesús i un bell relleu amb l'escena del Sant Sopar a la predel·la (a partir d'una xil·lografia d'Albrecht Dürer).[49] Sobre l'altar es troba una esplèndida imatge jacent de Sant Francesc Xavier en èxtasi, realitzada l'any 1687 per Andreu Sala. A terra hi ha la sepultura del bisbe Joan Dimas Loris (†1598).
English: The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia in Barcelona. Chapel of Saint Pacian and Sant Francis Xavier. The altarpiece of Saint Pacian, of great quality, dedicated to the one who was bishop of this headquarters is baroque from the year 1688 by Joan Roig (father). In the altar there are scenes of the life of Pacian panels on the sidewalk, and medallions with the life of Jesus and a beautiful relief with the scene of the Holy Supper at the predella (from a xylogram of Albrecht Dürer ). [49] On the altar, there is a splendid image of St. Francis Xavier in ecstasy, realized in 1687 by Andreu Sala. On the floor is the burial of the bishop Joan Dimas Loris († 1598).
Français : Cathédrale de la Sainte-Croix et de Sainte Eulalie à Barcelone. Chapelle de saint Pacien de Barcelone et de saint François Xavier. Le retable de saint Pacien est une œuvre baroque sculptée et assemblée entre 1688 et 1689 par Joan Roig, avec une polychromie de Joan Moxí. Dans la Cène l'artiste a incorporé l'image de Saint Ignace parmi les apôtres. D'autres sculptures et reliefs représentent: saint Pacien, la mort de saint Pacien, saint Mathieu, saint Vincent, saint Benoit, sainte Thècle, le martyre de saint Thècle, l'Annonciation et l'Adoration des bergers, ainsi que saint François Xavier avec le Pape Paul III ; au pied du retable, une sculpté de 1687 par Andreu Sala. Sur le sol se trouve la tombe de Mgr Joan Dimas Loris († 1598).
