Deutsch: Beschreibung des Banners:"Vorn Weiß und Schwarz im Verhältnis 1 : 1 längsgestreift, in der Mitte der oberen Hälfte der Wappenschild der Stadt." Der Stadt Bad Berleburg ist ferner durch Urkunde des Regierungspräsidenten in Arnsberg vom 25. Juni 1976 das Recht zur Führung eines Banners verliehen worden.
