| Description |
English: Bangor seafront Path alongside the marina at Bangor seafront.
Plans have recently emerged for the regeneration of the seafront area that will possibly radically alter this view in a few years time. It is proposed that the area to the right behind the lamp posts (currently a car park) will be redeveloped into shops, apartments and offices. This is not the first time that such proposals have been unveiled for Bangor and it remains to be seen if they ever come to fruition - numerous other proposals over the last 20 years have never materialised.
