Description Crystal structure of BamHI with DNA in the presence of calcium before cleavage (top, 2.00 Å resolution) and in the presence of manganese after after cleavage (bottom, 1.80 Å). See Viadiu H. & Aggarwal A.K. (1998). Nat. Struct. Biol. 5:910-916. Structural data obtained from pdb.org (2BAM and 3BAM) and visualized with Pymol.
