English: Bag rectangular black leather bag with green leather sides, beige interior, card flap with metal clasp and key attached to bag with string; small carry handle on top of bag; edges of bag worn; interior of flap has pencil marks "( - ) Martin"; inside bag are three white silk and linen scarves; a black leather wallet with "NEW ZEALAND - FEDERATED - SEAMEN'S UNION" inscribed in gilt on the front in a circular stamp; bound into the wallet is an envelope addressed to F.O. Martin; wallet also contains loose envelopes, documents, certificates and receipts belonging to the assumed owner, F.O. Martin of Wellington, circa 1930.
