Broadly speaking, there were two kinds of groups that entered the Dragon Boat race at Stanley. There were the "serious" racers who were pretty much all business, and were there to win, and there were the people in goofy get-ups who were there to have fun. Guess which kind of group this guy in a red and white headband/wig was in? Stanley International Dragon Boat Championships; Stanley, Hong Kong, June 16th, 2010.
