Description
Deutsch: Bacillus subtilis Kolonien auf Chinablau-Lactose-Agar, nach aerober Inkubation. Der CLA zeigt ein negatives Ergebnis (der Mikroorganismus kann keine Lactose verwerten, es erfolgt kein Farbumschlag des pH-Indikators). Als Ausstrichverfahren wurde das Verfahren nach Drews verwendet.
English: Bacillus subtilis colonies on China Blue Lactose Agar, after aerobic incubation, showing a negative result (the microorganism does not have the ability to degrade lactose, there is no color change of the pH indicator). The technique of the streaking is done according to Drews.
