Description
English: US Army Public Affairs photo of the Brigadier General Orr's farewell speech in Film City, Kosovo, installation ceremony marking the appointment of American Brigadier General Albert Bryant as Chief of Staff of the NATO Kosovo Force (KFOR). BG Orr and BG Bryant served as the highest ranking American official in the KFOR headquarters, one following the other.
