Description
English: Uncolored map issued in Pieter vander Aa's Atlas nouveau et curieux. It shows eastern Borneo through the western tip of New Guinea with the major island of Celebes, the Moluccas and Ceram and numerous smaller islands. The title cartouche features a native with trade goods and a large bird. It is further decorated with a scale of miles cartouche and a compass rose.
