English: Uncolored miniature map of Java published in Sebastian Munster's Cosmographia, Book V, De terris Asiae maioris. The map is set in Latin letterpress text. Sebastian Munster depicts the fabled anthropophagi (cannibals) butchering their victims. Includes the vignette of a camel below the map.
