Description
English: This map is from Gabriel Bucelin's Nuclei historiae universalis cum sacrae. It is based on Abraham Ortelius' miniature map of Southeast Asia. The map shows the Indian subcontinent through to the coastline of Americae pars and a part of Noua Guinea. The mythical Chiamai lacus in China spawns three major rivers and a city named Toleman sits on its shores.
