Description
English: Bellin designed this map of Sumatra for his 1764 Petit atlas maritime. The present map is a German text edition. It shows the southern part of Malaya and includes the Straits of Singapore (Straße Sincapour, Detroit de Sincapour). Two decorative title cartouches decorate the map, one in French and one in German
