Description
English:
Listed building. Built to the Hungarian Millennium Exhibition as 'Tobacco excise' pavilion. During the millennial exhibition, a small tobacco factory operated in the building, where visitors could see how cigars and cigarettes were made and, of course, they could try out the finished products. After the Millennium Exhibition was demolished, and rebuilt on the Zebegény hillside. Almost 100 years long operated as Children resort/summer camp. - Zebegény, Pest County, Hungary

'Dohány pavilon' néven szerepel a Zebegény Község Önkormányzat Képviselő Testülete 21/2017.(XII.20.) rendelettel jóváhagyott Településképi rendelet listájában. 'Gyereknyaraló' néven műemlék azonosító: -6444. János-hegy utcán, különös, régi épület, tornyos, faszerkezetes, svájci stílusú épület száz évig gyermeküdülőként működött ("Ferencz József Gyermektelep", mely az államosítás után Fővárosi Gyermeküdülőként üzemelt.), amely az 1896-os Millenniumi kiállításon "dohányjövedéki" pavilon volt. Az ezredéves kiállítás ideje alatt egy miniatűr dohánygyár működött az épületben, ahol a látogatók megnézhették, hogyan készülnek a szivarok, cigaretták és ki is próbálhatták az elkészült termékeket. Az épületet a világkiállítás után lebontották, és a zebegényi hegyoldalban építették fel újra. [1][2] - Pest megye, Zebegény, Jánoshegy utca (máshol simán Jánoshegy, illetve János-hegy utca)
