| Description |
English: Aysgarth to Wensley put-on. Paddlers running from Aysgarth to Wensley on the River Ure, park in the N.P. carpark and walk down to below the Lower Falls to put on river left at this point. The river looks intimidatingly high in this view, and is indeed fast and furious for the first 200m, but this is the ideal level for most of the rest of the river which is often a bump and a scrape. However, at this level, 1189911 is a lot more serious. |
