English: Ayam Kecap panggang, Indonesian grilled chicken in sweet soy sauce, sprinkled with fried shallot. Typical chicken dish commonly served across Indonesia, but more precisely of Javanese-Chinese origin. Served in a prasmanan buffet, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Bahasa Indonesia: Ayam Panggang Kecap, hidangan khas Indonesia berupa ayam fillet panggang dengan baluran saus kecap manis, ditaburi bawanng goreng. Hidangan ini lazim di Indonesia, tetapi asal-usulnya adalah hidangan Jawa-Tionghoa. Disajikan dalam hidangan prasmanan suatu pesta di Jakarta, Indonesia.
