فارسی: پاییز یا خَزان یکی از چهار فصل اقلیم متعدل است. در نیمکرهٔ شمالی با برج‌های میزان، عقرب و قوس؛ ماه‌های مهر، آبان و آذر برابر است.
پاییز از نظر ستاره‌شناختی بین دو نقطهٔ اعتدال پاییزی و انقلاب زمستانی است. از نظر گاهشماری هجری خورشیدی، در روز یکم مهر آغاز می‌شود و تا پایان آذر ادامه می‌یابد. عکس ها مربوط به فصل زیبای پاییز در شهر تفلیس گرجستان است.
English: Autumn, also known as fall in American English and sometimes in Canadian English, is one of the four temperate seasons. Autumn marks the transition from summer to winter, in September (Northern Hemisphere) or March (Southern Hemisphere), when the duration of daylight becomes noticeably shorter and the temperature cools considerably. One of its main features in temperate climates is the shedding of leaves from deciduous trees.
