208. Fuente: El Tiempo, octubre 19, 1942, p. 4 Alfonso Uribe Misas marcha como un cruzado a la caza de los impíos. La vara del "cisma" es una alusión a los debates que él, Laureano Gómez y otros dirigentes conservadores adelantaron contra el arzobispo de Bogotá, Ismael Perdomo, y el Nuncio Papal con motivo de la reforma del Concordato en 1942. De paso se insiste en la relación de estos jefes conservadores con el nazismo, por la cruz gamada y la imagen de Hitler en el escudo. Nubes y gallinazos insinúan malos presagios. |
