Description

Autel de Ganesh dans le Kasthamandap à l'entrée de Durbar Square

Le Kasthamandap comprend 4 autels dédiés à Ganesh. C'est un bâtiment de bois à triple toit qui aurait été construit au XIIème siècle, puis plusieurs fois remanié. Il est situé à l'entrée de Durbar Square (place du palais). A l'origine, c'était un abri destiné aux pèlerins.
