Description
Deutsch: Audio Objekt im Archiv der Schweizerischen Nationalphonothek. Dies ist eine Kassette mit mechanischer Mehrspurtonaufnahme. Das deutsche Tefifon-System, das 1936 eingeführt und bis in die 1960er Jahre vermarktet wurde. Obwohl es viel später als die Schallplatte erschien, war es älter als die moderne Longplay-Vinyl-Schallplatte
English: This is a cassette with multitrack mechanical sound recording. The German Tefifon system was introduced in 1936 and marketed until the 1960s. Although it appeared much later than the schallplatte in general, it predated the modern longplay vinyl record.
