DescriptionAsphalt Placed on the I-91 Viaduct (30533990193).jpg | Crews place asphalt on the newly reconstructed inner lanes of the I-91 Viaduct. For Stage 2, which began on November 27, 2016, traffic was shifted to these lanes and reconstruction will soon begin on the low-speed travel lane and shoulder portion of the viaduct. |
