Die Spritzen sollensich mit ihrer Spitze dernatürlichen Gestalt der Harn-röhrenöffnung anschmiegen;dies thut die SchreiberscheSpritze (Fig. 49—50) ambesten. Die WolffscheSpritze hat vor dem Ansatzein Stück Gummischlauch, deretwaigen zu starken Druckunschädlich machen soll. Un-ter allen Umständen injizieremau das Medikament lang-sam und vorsichtig, ohne esin die Blase zu pressen oderneben der Spritze ausfliessenzu lassen, halte die Oeffnungder Harnröhre 10—15 Minu-ten mit den Fingern zu undlasse erst dann die Flüssig-keit wieder herausfliessen.Urin darf jetzt nicht gleichgelassen werden. Einige Harn-röhrenspezialitäten bevorzu-gen zur Einspritzung in diemännliche Harnröhre die Sal-benform.
