Description
Español: El arroz gitano o arroz con hinojos es una preparación de los gitanos del sur de España. Este lo preparé con:

– Manojo de hinojos silvestres (frescos, recién cogidos del campo) – 600 g Contramuslo de pollo – 2 pimientos verdes, 1 cebolla, 1 zanahoria – Mix de especias machacadas: 2 ajos + pimienta + azafrán + pimentón + clavo + semillas de hinojo – ½ kg Arroz redondo – Chorrito vino blanco, aceite de oliva, sal

En olla grande, sofreír la cebolla unos minutos y agregar pimiento verde troceado. Agregar pollo, zanahoria y chorrito de vino, que evapore. Agregar agua, manojo de hinojos y mix de especias, remover bien. Guisar a fuego lentito por 1h, yo le agregué carcanada que tenía por casa porque le da mu buen sabor. Agregar arroz y apagar el fuego cuando el arroz esté al dente (10-15 min). Bon apétit!
