Español: Arroz con costra. Es un plato típico valenciano de las comarcas de la Vega Baja y el Bajo Vinalopó, en la provincia de Alicante. El arroz con costra de la foto se hizo siguiendo la receta tradicional de Dolores.
  • Ingredientes: arroz, azafrán, caldo de pollo, sal, tomate, ajo, pollo, morcilla de carne, salchichas, blanquitos, huevo.
Català: Arròs amb costra. Plat típic valencià de les comarques de la Vega Baja i el Baix Vinalopó. Aquest en concret s'ha seguit la recepta tradicional a Dolores.
English: Arroz con costra or Arròs amb costra (Rice with crust). A typical Valencian plate made of rice wich is originated from the comarcas of Vega Baja and Baix Vinalopó, in the province of Alacant.
