Español: Así es como se cocina en Cuba el arroz congrí o arroz moro. El arroz congrí, a pesar de lo que erróneamente se piensa muy a menudo, es una receta distinta a la del arroz con frijoles. Al cocinar arroz con frijoles, se preparan el arroz y los frijoles por separado y luego se mezclan a la hora de comer, sin embargo, según la receta cubana del congrí se cocinan juntos el arroz y los frijoles, dándole así ese color gris característico al grano de arroz. |
