English: Vulva of a 20 year old European woman sitting on a ledge and spreading her legs. The skin on the mons pubis region and left inner thigh shows clear signs of folliculitis. The protruding labia minora are enlarged and shiny from sexual arousal. There is a café au lait spot on her right inner thigh and an abdominal scar from an appendectomy. |
