The slopes above the Upper Bell Reservoir are mostly covered with Hairy arnica (Arnica mollis), Aster family (Asteraceae), and Subalpine fleabane (Erigeron glacialis var. glacialis syn. Erigeron peregrinus ssp. callianthemus var. scaposus), Aster family (Asteraceae).
