This is in one of the few parts of Seattle where buildings were ever renumbered, so it is a hard to be 100% confident, but the door left of Argens and Schuck in the present photo says, "Ladies Entrance / Alaska Hotel". So this is presumably the still-extant building now at 81-85 S. Main Street, photographed in 2008 in File:Seattle - 81-85 S Main.jpg; in the 1890s it housed a hotel of that name, and it looks like a pretty good match visually.

Argens was still in the neighborhood into the 2010s; File:Seattle - 84 S Main 01A.jpg, also photographed in 2008, shows them across the street. That building at 84 South Main is no longer there in 2020.
