Summary[edit]

Description Almost 1,200 students spend a day at the 2012 Family Forestry Expo gaining a hands-on knowledge of the forest. The weekday program includes a wide range of topics including archeology, fisheries, plant identification, forest management, wildlife, riparian areas, low impact camping, fire, mill tour and 'tread lightly' mountain bike demonstration.
