Description
English: Archdeacon's House, Cathedral Close. A beautiful three-storeyed brick house with rounded-arched sash windows. Parts of the interior are 18th century and parts of the exterior 19th century. Built largely with clamp-fired English bonded brick with darker headers. In front, Elgar's statue leans nonchalantly against its permanently anchored bicycle. 471419
