Description
English: Capt. Maureen Padden, commanding officer, Naval Hospital Pensacola, signs a proclamation on April 5 to educate service members under her command about sexual assault and to try and prevent it. Padden was joined by 11 other commanding officers from the local Pensacola area in signing the proclamation. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and NHP, along with military commands across the Nation and overseas, will be educating service members about sexual assault.
