| Description | There are a few places in the world that became mythical in my mind. Most of the time these places are not easy to access, otherwise they would not have become a myth, and I heard about them through a vibrant report by a friend or in a book written by an explorer, sometimes from a different century: the blue lakes of Band-e Amir, the red cliffs of Drakmar,… are examples of those. It’s more than likely than I will never see the blue lakes of Band-e Amir in Afghanistan during this life, but I got the chance to see the red cliffs of Drakmar during this trip! On this picture we are approaching them, they are still half hidden and the myth is slowly becoming a reality in front of my eyes. |
