English: Approaching Tinkers Lane Bridge, Illshaw Heath, Solihull This bridge (No 21) on the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal carries Tinkers Lane, now cut off by the M42 to the left of the picture.
The picture is from a different original image from two similar views taken at the time, already available on the site. Now that we can submit larger images, I have added this "wide-screen" version, which gives a different concept on how it feels to be progressing along this two hundred year old canal at three miles per hour. Users, take your pick .... a beautiful and apparently tranquil scene*.
