Description
Español: El presidente Alberto Fernández encabezó, a través de una videoconferencia desde la residencia de Olivos, el acto de apertura del Hospital General de Agudos, Doctor René Favaloro, en el partido bonaerense de La Matanza, para la atención sanitaria de pacientes con coronavirus COVID-19. Además, anunció la apertura de cuatro nuevos Hospitales Modulares de Emergencias en Mar del Plata, Chaco, Córdoba y Santa Fe, que se suman a los ocho que ya fueron construidos por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y se encuentran en funcionamiento en el Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, para brindar asistencia médica en el marco de la pandemia.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:

English It is uncontroversially accepted that buildings can be reproduced by paintings or photographs, without this reproduction infringing copyright.
