Italiano: ANTONIO DE LEYVA, PRINCIPE D’ASCOLI, CAPITANO DELLA LEGA DIFENSIVA D’ITALIA, E CESAREO LUOGOTENENTE GENERALE NEL DOMINIO DI MILANO
(i) morì alla Guerra di Provenza il giorno 15 Settembre 1536, e fu trasportato in Milano, e sepolto nella Chiesa di S. Dionigi, ove in marmo nero sono scolpite a caratteri d’oro queste parole:
