Summary[edit]

Description
English: Anti Tank Barrier, Hemscotthill Links. During WW2 it was feared Druridge Bay would provide an ideal place for an invasion by German Troops. The whole bay was line with these concrete blocks designed to prevent the movement of tanks. In the distance Coquet Island can just be made out against the grey skies of the impending storm.
