It appearing to the commission that the Chicago & Northwestern RailwayCompany has made application to this commission for approval of planscovering certain changes in the interlocking plant at Fulton, 111., known asFulton No. 1, at which point the tracks of the Chicago & Northwestern Rail-way Company are crossed at grade by the Chicago, Burlington & QuincyRailroad Company; and the plans having been examined and approved byF. G. Ewald, consulting engineer of said commission, and the commissionbeing fully advised in the premises; It is therefore ordered and decreed by the commission that said changesin said interlocking plant be, and the same are hereby authorized; and whensaid changes are completed, said petitioner shall report the same to thiscommission for its approval. By order of the commission, this 16th day of July, 1912, dated at Spring-field, 111. (Signed) O. F. Berry, Chairman.
