English: An ex level crossing on Beal Lane. The railway line closed on 3rd October 2009 to allow the Metrolink tram improvement works to begin. What used to be a level crossing controlled by the signal box is now blocked off by sheeting. The old red and white barriers can be seen at the side of the track left of shot. |
